AROUND INSIDE is a design and real estate development company which is focused on luxury residential projects in Prague. AROUND INSIDE provides a full variety of real estate and related services for luxury residential projects, including the following:

- Real estate transaction structuring, negotiation and documentation services, including the resolution of tax, financing and corporate issues;
- Development management services, including overall design, procurement, and construction management, including cost, time and quality management of development projects and coordination of architectural and construction firms, engineers and other project participants;
- Lease, acquisition and sale related consulting services;
- Information gathering and analysis of the real estate market in Prague and analysis of and reporting on general economic, legal, tax and demographic matters; and assistance in acquiring and structuring bank financing.
AROUND INSIDE has been active in real estate development since 2007. Until end of 2009 AROUND INSIDE provided the full scope of development management services in respect of the Cascade Shopping Center located in Zagreb’s city center.
In this regard, AROUND INSIDE (i) managed the hiring and coordination of all consultants and specialists, including architects, engineers, project managers, property managers, leasing agents, construction companies, lawyers, accountants and tax specialists, (ii) negotiated leases and achieved close to 70% lease-up of the project, and (iii) managed communications and dealing with tax authorities and planning and building authorities.
Since then AROUND INSIDE has been active in the Prague luxury housing market.
Today AROUND INSIDE is a lead equity partner and the lead development partner in the projects listed below:
