Center Cascade is a luxury boutique shopping mall in the heart of Zagreb’s historical Kaptol area.
Located at the top of the famous cafe filled Tkalciceva Street, Center Cascade bridged the gap between one of the city’s main pedestrian areas and decade old Kaptol Shopping Center. Together these 3 elements create a luxury shopping alley reminiscent of similar boulevards in other world capital such as Madrid, Paris, and London.
Focusing on the finer things in life, Cascade offers visitors a full range of high end products and services, as well as beautiful cascading terraces on which to enjoy their time in one of the elaborately designed cafes or bars.
Around Inside was nominated as the general project manager for the developer in September 2007 and assumed the full role of management services until the successful completion and opening of the shopping center in October 2009.
During the 2 year term, Around Inside, in collaboration with a local team of architects, agents and consultants, oversaw the completion of the first phase of the shopping center and the design, permitting and construction of the second phase, increasing the Net Lettable Area from approx. 4.000m2 to approx. 9.600m2.
The Marketing and Leasing Strategy developed by Around Inside branded the Center Cascade as a one of a kind lifestyle center distinguished from other malls in the area for it prime location as well as a tenant mix focused on bring luxury brands to Croatia for the first time.
In this regards, Around Inside oversaw the signing leases for almost 70% of the center. After the opening of Cascade, Around Inside handed over the project to EPM, the Facility Management Company for the mall.
