Masarykovo Nabrezi 20

Masarykovo Nabrezi 20 is a residential building built in the beginning of 1900’s in Art Nouveau Style in the beautiful vinicity of the Masarykovo Nabrezi bank in Prague 1. It is situated between the National Theater on the North and Galerie Manes in the south, right accross to the Zofin Island, a few steps from the iconic Dancing Building as well as from the « real » city centre and Wenceslas Square.

The whole view is locked by a pair of Prague’s bridges, the Legions Bridge and Jiraskuv Bridge. The very famous 1980′s Czechoslovak comedies “Adela jeste nevecerela” (“Adele has not dined yet”) and “Kulovy blesk” (“The Ball Lightning”) were partially shot in the interiors of this house.

Masarykovo Nabrezi 20’s situation offers magnificent views over Prague’s Castle, the Charles Bridge, the Lesser Town, Petrin Hill and Kampa Park and is easily accessible by car or public transportation.

The complete renovation of the residence will preserve the original details such as stucco ornaments on ceilings, original wood doors and windows, as well as all beautiful adornments of the facade.

Each apartment is offered at an “As Is’ standard, all renewed utilities connections being brought to the edge of each flat. A complete fit-out option can be provided upon special request.
