CASCADE CENTER, Zagreb, Croatia

Around Inside was nominated as the general project manager for the developer in September 2007 and assumed the full role of management services until the successful completion and opening of the shopping center in October 2009. 

During the 2 year term, Around Inside, in collaboration with a local team of architects, agents and consultants, oversaw the completion of the first phase of the shopping center and the design, permitting and construction of the second phase, increasing the Net Lettable Area from approx. 4.000m2 to approx. 9.600m2.

The Marketing and Leasing Strategy developed by Around Inside branded the Center Cascade as a one of a kind lifestyle center distinguished from other malls in the area for it prime location as well as a tenant mix focused on bring luxury brands to Croatia for the first time. 

In this regards, Around Inside oversaw the signing leases for almost 70% of the center.  After the opening of Cascade, Around Inside handed over the project to EPM, the Facility Management Company for the mall. 

VSEHRDOVA RESIDENCE 5, Prague 1

The Project

Vsehrdova Residence, nestled in a quiet street at the edge of Kampa Park, provides the excitement of city living in a peaceful environment.

With its exceptional views of Prague Castle, Petrin Park and Kampa Park as well as the Vltava River and the Charles Bridge, Vsehrdova Residence is close to all necessary amenities including schools, restaurants, shops and the nearby Novy Smichov Shopping Center. The goal of the Project Has Been to renovate the building to a luxury standard while still preserving its historical charm. The reconstruction of the building included a complete renovation of the facade, the installation of a new larger lift, the implementation of an automatic parking system in the basement. The internal common areas Have been renovated to a luxury standard while maintaining the historical features and provide a large open reception on the ground floor.

In order to give our clients the flexibility to create their perfect living space, Vsehrdova Residence has been designed in large open areas, shell and core, high quality technical installations provided to the edge of each unit.

a harmony between historical and preservation and luxury standards which offer mid to large Family town houses featuring Private entrances and private gardens as well as large Apartments with a common green area. around inside implemented the redesign of the new part of the project so that it is symbiotic with the atmosphere of the courtyard and the Surrounding old historical buildings.

ricardo Bofill's talent allied the past with the present and provided a luxury private estate with gardens and terraces as well as all the needed amenities.
